LAP Electrical is an established name in the development and production of automotive electromechanical products.

The company was formed in August 1989 following a management buy-out of a division of Lucas Automotive. Over the years we have consistently expanded our product range, markets and capabilities serving the OEM and aftermarket sectors in the Construction, Agricultural and road-going vehicle markets.

LAP is a privately owned company employing 100 people at our 3000 sq.m site in Great Barr, Birmingham which combines production, design and management functions. We have developed an efficient and flexible working operation making us ideally placed to respond to production demands and new design opportunities.

LAP is proud of its reputation as a manufacturer of high quality products, serving customers globally we have developed a flexible manufacturing facility tailored to customer requirements.
