Fuel Lines
 
Having established our company in the Automotive sector for the manufacture of sender units and Fuel modules it seemed a natural progression to increase the product range and capability by adding flexible nylon/rubber fuel lines to the range of available products.

Why flexible fuel lines?

Due to the current trend in the Automotive field it is apparent that cost effective methods of manufacturing complex Fuel line requirements is imperative. Listed below are some of reasons why it is beneficial to change from metal and Bundy tube lines to nylon/rubber.

  • cost effective.  
  • weight reduction.  
  • Ability to absorb vibration without fracture.  
  • Fitment to application easier due to flexibility of tube.  
The above explains why most Automotive companies have now moved over to nylon from metal lines on the low pressure side.
